SYFER – Terms of Service

Welcome to SYFER, a community hub for Farlight 84 players to share highlights, join tournaments, participate in giveaways, and connect with teammates. By using our website and Discord integration, you agree to the following Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SYFER. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental/guardian permission.

If your local laws require a higher minimum age for online services or Discord, that applies.

2. Accounts & Access

Login is handled via Discord OAuth2. We do not store your Discord password.

By logging in, you authorize SYFER to access your Discord profile information (see Privacy Policy).

You are responsible for your Discord account security.

You may delete your SYFER account anytime from the /account page. Deletion will remove your stored highlights, profile data, and subscription records.

3. Content Rules

When you upload or share content (profiles, highlights), you agree not to post:

  • Offensive, harmful, or discriminatory material.
  • Cheats, hacks, or exploits for Farlight 84.
  • Copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to share.
  • Spam, misleading promotions, or scams.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules.

4. Community Conduct

Respect other players. Harassment, bullying, and hate speech are not tolerated.

Do not impersonate other players or staff.

Do not attempt to bypass bans or manipulate giveaways/tournaments.

Violations may result in temporary suspension, permanent bans, or account deletion.

Important Notice: Subscriptions & Payments

SYFER offers premium tiers (Legend and Mythic) that provide extra benefits (giveaway access, boosts, etc.).

Payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

If your account is banned due to a Terms violation, subscriptions will not be refunded.

Benefits tied to Discord roles may be lost if you leave or are banned from the server.

6. Giveaways & Tournaments

Each giveaway or tournament will have its own rules (announced on Discord).

Cheating, multiple accounts, or rule-breaking will result in disqualification.

Winners must claim rewards within the stated timeframe or the prize may be forfeited.

SYFER reserves the right to modify or cancel events if needed.

7. Intellectual Property

SYFER branding, UI, and code belong to us.

Farlight 84 is the property of Farlight / Lilith Games. SYFER is a fan-made project and is not affiliated with them.

You retain ownership of your highlights and uploaded content, but you grant SYFER a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and share them within the community.

Important Notice: Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Break these Terms,
  • Abuse community events,
  • Harm other users or the platform.

You may also delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

SYFER is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or bug-free experiences.

We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by Discord, Farlight 84, or other third-party services.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on the site and announced in Discord. Continued use of SYFER means you accept the new Terms.
